Purpose: Foster connections between Women in Pharma and the next generation of industry professionals, encouraging active participation in ISPE’s global community.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement resources that address the unique needs of students and recent graduates, working collaboratively to help Affiliates and Chapters adapt this to their regions
Host events like career panels, workshops, and networking opportunities to link emerging professionals with global industry leaders.
Act as a bridge between Women in Pharma and ISPE Student Chapters, encouraging student participation in international events.
Promote Mentor ISPE and provide resources to support students’ transition from academia to the workforce.
