Student and Recent Graduate Engagement Liaison

Purpose: Foster connections between Women in Pharma and the next generation of industry professionals, encouraging active participation in ISPE’s global community. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement resources that address the unique needs of students and recent graduates, working collaboratively to help Affiliates and Chapters adapt this to their regions 

• Host events like career panels, workshops, and networking opportunities to link emerging professionals with global industry leaders. 

• Act as a bridge between Women in Pharma and ISPE Student Chapters, encouraging student participation in international events. 

• Promote Mentor ISPE and provide resources to support students’ transition from academia to the workforce.
