Annual Meeting Membership Booth Representative

Time Commitment: 2–4 hours during exhibit hall hours (flexible shifts available)

Help welcome the global ISPE community!
As a Booth Representative in the ISPE Expo Hall, you’ll be the face of ISPE—engaging with attendees, answering questions, and helping others discover how to get the most from their membership.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet visitors at the ISPE booth and provide a warm, professional welcome

• Share information about ISPE membership, Communities of Practice, and volunteer opportunities

• Assist with answering questions s or collecting leads for follow-up

• Direct attendees to relevant ISPE resources or team members

• Represent ISPE’s values of community, knowledge-sharing, and innovation

Who Should Volunteer:
This is a great fit for friendly, enthusiastic members who:

• Enjoy meeting new people and networking

• Want to share their passion for ISPE

• Are comfortable speaking about ISPE membership or willing to learn key talking points (we’ll provide a short prep guide!)
