Expo Hall Volunteer - ISPE Booth

Onsite Booth Support volunteers play a key role at the ISPE Booth in the Expo Hall during the upcoming 2025 Annual Meeting & Expo. Volunteers will serve as friendly, knowledgeable points of contact at the booth, helping engage attendees, answer questions regarding the member experience, and point to resources that they have found helpful. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, sharing information, and supporting a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet attendees at the booth and create a welcoming environment
• Provide information on various opportunities and benefits at ISPE and answer attendee questions regarding the member experience and opportunities available 
• Assist with booth setup and takedown as needed (arranging materials, signage, supplies)
• Maintain booth space in an organized and professional manner throughout the shift
• Direct specific questions or requests to staff members when appropriate

Requirements

• Must be attending the 2025 ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo

• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills

• Comfortable engaging with attendees in a busy event setting

• Ability to stand for periods of time and assist with light booth setup/takedown
