Mentorship Program Committee Chair & Co-Chair - 1 year (8-10 HRS PER MONTH) (2 Opportunities)
- Provide updates to the WIP Steering Committee liaison.
- Collaborate with ISPE on the following:
- Define Purpose/Goals and value of the mentor program
- Design the Mentor Program
- Create and Facilitate a WIP Mentorship Program
- Work with sponsorship committee to seek funding if needed
- Promote the WIP Mentorship Program to industry colleagues
- Maintain Mentoring Momentum
- Identify Measure of Success
