ISPE Women in Pharma® (WIP) provides women in the pharmaceutical industry a forum for connecting and collaborating on technical and career advancement topics. Women in Pharma’s inclusive community leverages a network of mentors, role models, and resources across all levels to foster balanced professional success

Women in Pharma Brand Ambassador Committee Chair - 1 year term (8-10 HRS PER MONTH) (2 Opportunities)
- Provide updates to the WIP Steering Committee liaison
- By being part of the WIP Brand Ambassador committee, you will be direct contact with ISPE's Membership Marketing Manager working collaboratively to meet the objectives set forth at the beginning of each year
- Support Communication/Marketing efforts by promoting content and Women in Pharma Activities on LinkedIn and ISPE WIP COP
- Expand Women in Pharma footprint in support of ISPE’s Strategic Plan
- Grow membership within the Women in Pharma Professional Networking Committee
- Engage Students & Emerging Leaders through content and posts that are specific to them
- Help launch the 'Share your Women in Pharma Story' campaign
- Help launch 'In a WIP' video Series - Professional/Personal Growth. (ie - Salary negotiation 'in a WIP'.)
