The Women in Pharma® community is seeking a volunteer blog writer to craft compelling stories, event highlights, and thought leadership pieces that inspire and engage our global network. This is a great opportunity to contribute to meaningful discussions on mentorship, diversity, and professional growth while expanding your own writing portfolio!

Volunteering as a Women in Pharma® blog writer allows you to shape conversations that inspire, educate, and connect professionals across the industry. By sharing impactful stories, highlighting key initiatives, and amplifying diverse perspectives, you help drive awareness of mentorship, leadership, and inclusion efforts. Your contributions not only support the community’s mission but also influence positive change in the pharmaceutical sector.

Purpose: Elevate the Women in Pharma mission globally by creating impactful content that showcases regional and international Women in Pharma efforts. 

EXPECTATIONS

Commit to writing one blog or article per quarter which can include:

• interviews spotlighting Women in Pharma initiatives, achievements, and industry developments across the globe. 

• Partner with event organizers to craft recaps and promotional content for global distribution. 

• Follow the cadence of the WIP Calendar dates to ensure you’re meeting the deadlines to get written content submitted to The Bridge / The Link  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write blog posts, articles, and conduct interviews spotlighting Women in Pharma initiatives, achievements, and industry developments across the globe. 

• Partner with event organizers to craft recaps and promotional content for global distribution. 

• Help craft messaging or identify authors for blogs, PE Magazine Articles or content to submit to The Bridge and the Link 

• Highlight topics that reflect Women in Pharma’s global commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and create suggested content for social media
